More festive lighting to bring many smiles!
The exterior lighting at the hall has become an annual feature. Everyone needed a bit of a lift for December 2020!
Our new addition of Santa on his train of presents was a nod to our long-standing Committee member Gordon . For those of you who don't know Gordon - one of his many talents and passions was driving steam locomotives until he reluctantly retired. A big thank you to Stanwix Rural Parish Council who funded this new feature.
HUGE thanks to our caretaker Audrey who thwarted by lockdown and not able to decorate inside the hall as usual - went into festive top gear! She created an amazing diorama in the Hall windows. Thanks to all for their kind comments and appreciation of her talents and hard work. I am reliably informed she does have a Blue Peter badge! THANK YOU AUDREY!
She is already thinking about Christmas 2021 ...watch this space!
