Hall Charges
Standard Charges
- Small Hall - £9 per Hour (Minimum 2 Hour Charge - £18)
- Large Hall - £14.50 per Hour (Minimum 2 Hour Charge - £29 )
- Both Halls - £20.00 per Hour (Minimum 2 Hour Charge - £40 )
Event Charges
- Children's Party - £50.00 payable on booking (Large hall only. Minimum 3 hour hire - includes setting up time. Additional time charged hourly.
- Evening Function ( Both halls - Ideal for Weddings, Functions Dances, Parties etc.) - £200.00 Security deposit £150. Balance due one month prior to event.
(Access from 4pm - 12pm, including 2 hours on Sunday 10am-12 to tidy and clean)
- All day function ( Both halls -Ideal for Weddings, Events etc.) - £250.00 Security deposit £150. Balance due one month prior to event.
(Access to both halls from 8:00am - 12:00pm including 2 hours on Sunday 10:00am - 12 to tidy and clean.
- Smaller functions ( Both halls -Ideal for Evening Parties, Discos, Events etc) - £100.00. Security deposit £50. Balance due one month prior to event.
(Access 5.30pm - 10.30pm 5 hours max, no extra setting up time - additional time charged at hourly rate, £20 per hour)
- A minimum of 1 Month's notice of cancellation will be required for these bookings, otherwise the full fee will be payable.
Additional Charges (that may be required)
- Projector hire £25 (£50 security deposit)
- Stage hire additional fee - £20.00
- Alcohol licence £30
Deposits Required
- All day and evening bookings security deposit - £150.00
(payable at time of booking returnable after event if hall left in good order)
